Demoliton Walls I have built 4 homes in my life times, all with different General Contractors, including myself. Although this was a not a complete home construction project, I was thrilled with how Evangeline Construction handled my project. For those that have managed these types of projects before, half of the issue is generally getting subs to show up on time. This was not an issue with Evangeline. They did their work on time everyday, and ensured that everyone else was getting what they needed done too. The work looked great after it was over! I am planning more remodeling within the next two years. Evangeline is who I will be calling.

Very smoothly and timely for all the work we had done. I would recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will actually be hiring them next year to come replace all of my downstairs flooring. Danny and Vanessa are easy to talk to, if you have any issue they will get it resolved for you. GREAT PEOPLE!!! Can’t say enough good about them.

Danny arrived on time and immediately focused on the job. I don’t even think he took a lunch break. His work is beautiful. He used equipment that I’ve never seen a tiler use, in order to make the tile level. I am impressed and intend to use this company again for other jobs.

Danny came out to do an estimate on some new flooring for me. To save some money, I decided I was going to rip up the old flooring myself. What a mess. The subfloor underneath a majority of the area was completely rotted out. Badly. When Danny showed up, I was visibly stressed. I knew he didn’t sign up for doing any major subflooring work and I was afraid he was going to turn around and walk away. Instead, he assured me that everything would be fine. And it was.

I was quoted for what it would cost to also replace the subfloor, which was more than reasonable, and although it added about a week to the project, Danny was extremely professional, extremely stress free (which helped me out a lot), and the end result was way better than I was expecting.

Because I was doing a complete remodel of my house (and trying to do what work I could myself), Danny offered his knowledge to set me in the right direction, and it helped immensely.

A few weeks after he wrapped up, he came back out and fixed a tile that I had broken when I dropped a tool on it.

Excellent, he built new cabinet doors to match a cabinet door that was installed approximately 40years ago, he extended a wall out about 6 inches, had to put in new wood where he extended it out, beautiful job. Would I recommend him again? DEFINITELY

Danny and Vanessa couldn’t have been more accommodating when our hardwood floor was damaged by a water leak. They showed up quickly to help find the cause, and as demo started and they found more hidden damage they adapted and repaired that too. The new floor looks great! They showed up on time, finished when promised, and even slightly under budget. They really cared about helping us out of a bad situation. It was like dealing with a friend more than a contractor. We would definitely recommend them.

Cost estimates were easy to get, transparent to understand labor and materials and fair. Vanessa went out of her way to go to three stores to find the exact doors and transom we wanted. The door way we wanted to enclose with doors was not standarded but once installed it looked like the doors had always been there. There was no mess left behind and the carpentry was done so well I’m even able to do the finishing myself and I’m no pro!. Danny was kind enough to minimize the amount of finishing work needed with his design. I had Danny look at my next project before he left. I’ll definitely use again and recommend to others.
